(Preterm infants are at increased risk for patent arteriosus (PDA), prolonged exposure to PDA may be deleterious and has been associated with neonatal morbidity and mortality). Due to their financial condition they had been going door to door for financial support and hence could not treat Master Shivansh Palak Vijay Avhad. His health started deteriorating day by day and they took him to KIMS Manavata Hospital, Nashik, Maharashtra. Doctors informed them that he requires an urgent open heart surgery as early as possible.
